Cancelling a subscription

VIP does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Digital services are activated immediately after payment. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by purchasing you consent to immediate performance and waive the right of withdrawal. No refunds are given for services already provided (active VIP period, used credits).

Exceptions where we do refund:

• Double charge or a technical error on our side.
• Service not activated after payment.
• Your account suspended by us without a violation of the terms.

How

Email info@daters.gr with your account email and the order ID (Account → Purchases). We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Card statement

The charge appears with a discreet descriptor, not the platform's name.
