Terms of use
1. The service
daters.gr is a social dating platform for adults only (18+), operated by daters.gr. By signing up you confirm you are at least 18, that your details are true and that you use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Account
One account per person or couple. You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account. Fake profiles, photos of third parties without consent, or misrepresenting age/gender lead to deletion.
3. Prohibited
- Any content involving minors in any way.
- Prostitution, escorting, selling sexual services or any transaction for money.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, blackmail.
- Spam, advertising, harvesting members' data, bots.
- Posting contact details on the public profile.
4. Content
You keep the rights to your photos and texts but grant us a licence to display them within the platform. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms without notice. Content is reviewed by automated systems (AI) and by people.
5. Subscriptions and credits
VIP subscriptions last for the period you pay for and do not renew automatically. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable and non-refundable. See the cancellation and refund policy.
6. Liability
We do not guarantee or arrange meetings. Communication and meetings are at your own risk. Meet in public places, never share financial details, report suspicious profiles.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations. If access is restricted for reasons other than a violation, the subscription is extended accordingly.
8. The first 300
Before opening, the first 300 people who confirm their email get 12 months of VIP, free, from the day they sign up. One seat per person, in the order of confirmation. The seat is kept for 30 days after the opening email. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically when the 12 months end. Credits are not included.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law: the law of the company's seat. Contact: info@daters.gr.
